Foul weather

I have a day off. The plot needs weeding. But guess what?

It’s pouring with rain.

So I can’t do a damn thing unless I want to catch pneumonia. And the weeds will merrily grow and grow in the wet.

Fucking brilliant.

    It was the “how to” vids that brought me to this blog in the first place, but it’s the sheer optimism and spirit of bonhomie that keep bringing me back!

    Haha…here I would have thought that like us, in Seattle, you would never get anything done in the garden if you waited for sunshine! First day checking out your blog but greater perusal will have to wait. Amazingly – it is feeling like summer here and I am off to wash all the pollens off the lawn furniture!

    Really raining in the UK now there is a surprise and a day off ? Wait…..its the weekend also so look out for the down pours and gale force winds. So frustrating, have a lot of planting to do this weekend so the weather is bound to be PANTS!
